When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re really sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
